It went very well. They were able to fit us in very quickly. The young man who performed the service (John) did an excellent job, was very respectful, polite and professional. They were reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend.

The service technician did come out promptly, but did not search for mice entry points. Instead he merely placed three large bait traps outside near the house. When I inspected two weeks later, the bait was gone, but it had no effect on the mice infestation inside the house. I felt that in fact I had needlessly contributed to poisoning mice and perhaps other outdoor animals for no good reason, as outdoor bait control doesn't control indoor mice infestations. I also feel that this contributed to environmental pollution. This is not a proper way to control mice infestations.

They got rid of the bed bugs.

It took a while for them to come because it was too windy and we had to reschedule a few times. The man that did the spraying was awesome very polite and informative.One time took care of the problem. I called other places before Midwest and never received a call back. Midwest called back within a few minutes to set up a time to come.

They came in four days before and told us we didn't have bed bugs. I had seen the signs of them crawling through the walls. Two days later I caught the first 5 bugs. All different stages of life. I contacted my rental agency (goldmark) and then told them I had a second opinion. They promtly called this company back again and it took them two days to get out to my apartment. Needless to say I moved out as soon as my lease was up, the company told us that it was our fault the bugs were there because it was a month after we moved in untill we knowticed what was biting us.. never again. I found out atleast three other apartments on that floor had bugs or just sprayed for bugs.

Midwest Pest Control comes twice a year, spring and fall. There is nothing I don't like about them. They are on time, responsive, answer questions, and take care of any issues. If I had issues in between treatments I think they would come out.
