M.J. Dalsin?s service manager, Bill Hruby, invoiced me $172 for a $60 whirlybird. It
took several weeks and a series of letters and phone calls to even get him to
tell me the brand of the whirlybird he installed, so I could look up the price
for myself. He never responded to my last communication detailing what I had
discovered about the true price. He also threatened to make the warranty on the
whirlybird ?null and void? if I didn?t pay his price, which is something he
never had the power to do. The warranty is automatic through the manufacturer. Dealing
with this company was a giant headache.
