 + 0 moreOverall they were the best company I have worked with... they always answered the phone. Even on Sunday... All I can say is IMPRESSIVE!! These guys know how to work.
Description of Work: Great North Insurance provided me with a number of insurance quotes. They quoted my 4 cars, boat, pontoon, 5th wheel trailer, home and lake home. They took the time to walk me through the differences in coverage. Talked to me about 'glass' coverage which no other insurance agent explained to me in 25 years of attaining insurance. They showed me why I should take a 500.00 deductible instead of a 1,000.00 deductible. (I didn't think about how long to recoup the money in premium dollars if I file a claim with a 1,000.00 deductible) Great North Insurance is a quality organization and has people working there that actually care about you and your needs. They aren't just trying to make a commission check. After 25 years at the bigger companies... I won't mention them because it wouldn't be fair to them, but they are the ones advertising at all the baseball games, tv ads with agents that just appear, etc... I will not be leaving this company. They are smaller, but they care about us and we aren't just a number.
