DAN'S SERVICE CTR INC

i was about 7 months pregnant and my truck started to stall and lock up on my while i was driving. it would completely shut down with no power which means i couldn't break, steer or control it at all. it would stall and then all of a sudden i could start it again. needless to say being pregnant and almost hitting a stop sign i was freaked out. we called Dan's and they got us in right away. they found that our fuel pump wasn't working correctly and that's why it would stall. they assured us that it it caused any more problems to bring it back and they would take care of it. they also fixed brakes that needed changing. we take all of your cars to Dan's. they are wonderful!

They are very friendly, that's why I go to them. I go there, sit and wait and they take care of it. I am in and out in no time at all. What stands out to me is how fast they do it; they have very prompt service. I think their price is a little higher.

What I really enjoyed about the Dan's experience is they were very responsive and quick about the repair. I didn't put any pressure on them to get it done by a certain time, that's just the way they operate.
Another thing that was cool is that after the repair was done, they spent a good amount of time explaining to me this AC Delco maintenance program they put on all cars at no charge. Basically it would give me a free towing for two years after the service if there was ever an electrical problem in the future...which there was (something completely unrelated to this service) and I was able to get it towed for free.
I did some checking after the fact and other places I had commonly gone to in the past would have charged a couple hundred more for the same service.
Dan's has gotten a lot of praise over the years, so that's why I gave them a try. In fact, our local newspaper does a and quot;Best Ofand quot; contest each year for the best services/companies in the area. Dan's either wins or is always nominated. I will definitely be going back in the future.

They do not try to push extra things to makes the bill more expensive. They take care of what is most necessary to take care of.
