I had prompt walk in quotes each time. They dealt with a pain in the *** insurance company so I didn't have to and in each out of pocket instance tried to save me money. The work was always perfect. I will never use another auto body shop as long as Advanced is around.
Description of Work: I've been here three times. Once for a windshield, once for insurance claim work to repair dents in rear door and quarter panel from being backed in to, once for out of pocket repair on a front bumper cover.

Description of Work: My driver side door was rubbing against another part of the car. The tech took my car back and had it fixed in about five minutes; he didn't even charge me for the service!

It was perfect.
Description of Work: I had a Suzuki SX4 that was in an accident and Wayne Shields from Advanced Autobody And Glass sent a tow truck to pick the car up from the scene of the accident. Then he called and got me a rental car and brought it to my house! talked with the insurance company got the car fixed and had it delivered to me, This guy takes customer service to a whole new level.
