Came quickly and did job. One downspout in wrong spot to hit rain one rain barrel. Returned quickly to rectify issue. Paid bill. Not able to access drainage into barrels because of dry weather. After first good rain found back rain barrel had poor flow and majority went into dog kennel. Numerous calls made with no response or call backs! Once the bill was paid I never heard from him again or could contact him.
