 + -1 moreafter waking up with no TV service on all TV's without a DVR box I called and asked if there was a problem in our area. They stated NO so I asked what the problem could be. They stated that our boxes needed to be reset, I informed them that our boxes (DVR) were working fine. They said not those boxes your other boxes. I stated we didn't have any other boxes. They proceeded to argue with me about us not having TV since April (it's now June) I let them know I was watching tv as recent as last night. Again they told me I couldn't have been (ARGH) After relenting they informed me that I would need to purchase multiple new boxes at yet more $$ per month with our bill already well above $200. We have now switched all cable, internet and phone services.
Description of Work: continuous price increases and breaks in service. Very unwilling to work with us on spotty internet service.

Description of Work: We needed a cable hooked up to the house we were living in so we were able to get internet without having a home phone. He came & did all the work needed & was there when he said he was gonna be & got the work done in a timely fashion.
