Property Appraisal
He doesn't know the difference:
Split level and rambler
Masonite siding and vinyl siding.
Can't count how many rooms above and below grade.
He missed bedroom and bathroom count.
Took him to small claims court and judge found him guilty of negligent. He did a poor job. I would not recommend him doing an appraisal.
