"The lien waiver was from a different project that the roofing subcontractor didn't perform adequately on. Not an excuse, just the truth. That being said, Mindt Construction also paid for $2,500 worth of work the house needed after the homeowner's found out they were being relocated for work reasons. That more than adequately covered the $1,600 lien. Sorry to put you through that."

The roof in my entryway started leaking around the begining of May 2013. The extent of the leak was approximately 80 cups of water during the spring rain. I called Mindt Construction. They sent Jeff and crew to my house while it was still raining to evaluate where the water could be coming from. Jeff informed me that a metal "kick out" piece was needed where my roof met up with my siding. The rain was coming in right under my siding, sliding into my entryway and finding an exit through my entryway light. I had to send the roof shingle and siding selection from the original construction to Jeff so they could complete the repair. Lucky for me I had that information on hand. I was able to get the required "kick out" within a week of Mindt Construction evaluating my roof. Additionally, Jeff and crew installed other kick outs where needed and thoroughly inspected the installation and sheetrock to ensure there was no further damage or mold. I have already recommended Mindt construction to some co-workers and Jeff will be coming by our house again for another job next week!
