LARSON ELECTRIC INC

They did what they were supposed to but they charged me for 3 1/2 hours of labor and they were only here for 1 hour and 20 minutes. I feel like they really overcharged me. They said they charge driving time which is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I understand maybe it is half an hour to get here and back, but they said driving time is also going to pick up the parts and stuff. They charge if they don't have the right parts and stuff. I was not happy with that. I called them first to dispute the bill and he said he will check with the electrician and I called again yesterday and left a message, and they have not called me back yesterday. My girlfriend was here so everything on bad end was pretty good. I did not find anything that they did not clean up. Their prices were probably the reason why they aren't booked up 3-4 weeks like every other electrical contractors. They were able to get to me in a couple of days. He called me at 8:00 saying he was going to be out here, and he didn't get out here like an hour and a half later. My girlfriend was waiting up for him.
