Didn't get passed the phone call. Really wish I had recorded the call so everyone could avoid this company. Years ago I used this company but in the last year my husband and I have received rude, harsh exchanges. Lived here my whole life and will never call this company again. Getting information is one thing being rude and using an angry tone is uncalled for. Guess you don't want me or anyone else that won't tolerate this attitude/behavior as a customer.

the receptionist was extremely rude and condescending, just so happens she is the owner. I would never deal with this company again.
