 + -1 moreJon arrived promptly for the service appointment. He offered a lot of information about how my gas fireplace works and what might be causing it to "go out" after being on for awhile. He removed the glass and then the logs carefully and discovered what was making the fireplace continually "go out.". He put everything back together and even checked the outside vent to be sure there was no obstruction. He tested the fireplace before leaving. The service price was fair. I felt he was thorough and professional. I asked for his card because I'm going to refer a neighbor who is also having trouble with her gas fireplace!
Description of Work: Jon serviced the gas fireplace, checked all areas, and provided lots of information about how the gas fireplace is supposed to work.
