We also offer a price beat guarantee on all Heating & Air Conditioning installations. We will beat the price of any written proposal by at least $100. We will stand behind our work. You will receive a one year guarantee on any installation performed by Brite Mechanical. regardless of what type of warranty is offered by the manufacturer we will make sure that every customer is completely satisfied with our work. Need Service? Our service rates are $95/hour. Need Maintenance? $99 for Furnace or Air conditioner, or $149 for both We use subcontractors for any major electrical or plumbing that may be required for any given project. We can always work with a specific electrician or plumber of your choice if you would prefer.
