They responded to our call right away. They use an answering service but call you back right away and usually leave you with a cell phone number of the repair man. He was at our house Saturday morning with the replacement motor. The repair only took about an hour. The repair man was very friendly and professional. For a Saturday service call, their prices were very reasonable. We are grateful for the quick response as we have little ones and with below zero temperatures outside heat is much needed.

When it was nearly impossible to get an electrician without scheduling months in advance, AAA Heating and Sheet Metal got my business by telling me that they had their own electrician to complete the necessary electrical connections for the new AC and thermostat. After showing up and installing the hardware, they left the AC without any electrical connections and handed me the new thermostat in a box, saying their electrician couldn't come yet and I'd have to wait. He never showed up, and I received a bill shortly thereafter with and quot;Electricand quot; taken off of the invoice demanding the second half of the payment. I didn't pay, and when asked to I told them it was due upon completion and they didn't complete the job yet.
I spoke to their manager, who proceded to tell me that he wasn't responsible for an electrician and that he would take me to court and sue me if I didn't pay. He swore several times and was very unprofessional.
They never did provide an electrician, and I ended up calling in a seperate contractor to finish the job, paying AAA only afterwards.

The last unit had problems during the initial install and required approximately 2-3 weeks to get it working. i had new siding put on my house and during that event the unit quit working. the supposition was that the siding company caused a board to go out on the unit. i paid for a new board ($700) but they have yet to get the unit working. When I engaged them on this issue this spring they basically told me to find another contractor. I have tried to communicate my situation but they have refused to listen to my concerns. I would consider their responses to me to be non-professional bordering on being out right rude.

They were very personable and friendly. The price was a little high. They were very quick to answer the phone. They respond to service questions or problems.
