RESSLER SIDING & WINDOWS

Description of Work: First off the wrong sized windows were ordered for our home so after waiting for six months the project had to be pushed back another month we were OK with that. When they installed our patio door they cracked our laminate flooring, that would have been easily replaced because I had some left over in my garage but we were not told of this until they were finished installing the door I called and emailed ressler about this problem they asked for pics and I sent them that was in september and I have not heard back from them yet. the window installers got spray foam insulation all over 7 of the window screens, the installers tried to get it off but just scratched the paint off, I was told they have them on order but have not seen them yet. the siding crew ran 3" screws through the side of our garden shed not in the studs, this is where we keep our kids toys I do not feel this is safe. The soffit is wavy in spots the gutter installer parked in our driveway and left oil spots all over it but at least he put down cat litter. There was no communication from the office to when the crews were going to be here as I asked I had to remove brick before they started. I feel they have a good product but the installation was poor at best. I have called and emailed ressler but they are not contacting me.

Description of Work: They never did come and give us an estimate. Very disappointed.
