When I brought the vehicle back in at 1,156 miles, the service advisor told me that he was sure that the oil had been changed again at some point in that 1,156 miles and the test could not be performed. He said he knows it was changed because the oil filter was not a Subaru filter. He refused to listen to my point of view: It's crazy that I'd pay $75 for his dealership to change my oil, pay someone else to change it again within 1,156 miles, and then come back to complete a test that I know will be corrupt. He wasn't interested in the possibility that his company failed to change the filter at the last oil change. The service manager said he'd give me a free filter at my next $75 oil change, but that he wouldn't be willing to change it now and start the consumption test again right away.

Initial repair was incomplete. (Painting was completed before all chips on the hood were filled.) When issue was identified, they apologized, and quickly corrected the problem. The final outcome was excellent.
