HORRIBLE, this turned into "you need to replumb the whole house" then to calling daily sometimes 3-4 times a day "just to talk" if I would not accept his calls he would go to my sons work to ask him "why I didn't like him". He initially pointed out the gas line but I could not get down under the house to see and when I was able to he got rude and began to threaten my family. He set up a payment plan with us then because he felt I wasn't nice to him wanted the money all at once. My husband would answer the phone and he would say, "oh please have her call me".....we were charged 800 for parts then when we had the parts inspected by a third party we found all original parts except maybe 3. This disaster has cost us over 3100.00
