I contacted them via email on the 12th of July asking for a time frame. On the 14th they stopped and reviewed the crack in the foundation from the outside.................the wrong one because they called me AFTER they stopped by. They arranged for another time to stop and review the correct area.
On August 2nd I sent another email asking if a quote had been put together. They replied with a quote on the 4th, with very little detail as to the work to be conducted. On the 6th I asked when? On the 7th I was told the work could be scheduled within two days after I got the area excavated.
On September 2nd we agreed that I had excavated enough of the area for them to do the work on the outside. The outside work was completed on the 4th / 5th of September. On the 5th I sent a email asking about the inside work and was informed again that they were very busy and could not provide a solid date.
On October 4th I sent another email asking if they decided on a date to complete the work. By this time the company accounting department had called me inquiring when they would receive the payment of $400.00 for the work. I had to inform them that the work was not completed. On the 9th I was informed that the person would be there the next day to complete the work. They completed the work, however not the way it had been described to my wife. They did not leave a invoice.
On the 17th I received a email inquiring as to when payment would be received. I replied that I had not received a invoice, only a quote. They emailed me a invoice, again with very little detail as to the work that was completed.
I made multiple errors with this company:
* I accepted a quote that was not detailed enough.
* I did not press hard enough for the completion of the work.
* I settled on what they did because I did not get detailed information on the quote of the work.
The errors they made that warranted the rating:
* Communicaiton and not booking my work.
Don't make the mistakes I made. I am not convinced that the work that completed warranted the price that I paid.
