They came on time, the service was fast, he was courteous, they were in and gone in about an hour, and that was a complete hookup since they had to run new cable

MidContinent Communications. Their TV services are very good but their internet services are somewhat delinquent in that I get kicked off line frequently and I get and quot;not respondingand quot; messages and the system locks up. This is even after they changed out the modem.

we called Midcontinent several times after they transferred our internet to our new home. We kept losing the WiFi signal. Although it was annoying to have to keeping calling them, they were always friendly, great to talk to, and work with. One tech gave me a great analogy of how the whole internet signal and modem work. There was something in our neighborhood that was interfering with our signal. And another time they sent a tech out the same week to move the modem into a different room. They have great customer service!

Midcontinent was very responsive and pinpointed the problem over the phone. They told me to unhook the old component and bring it by their office to exchange for a new model. The paperwork was minimal and the entire exchange process took about 2 minutes.

They told me that an authorized dealer made the order to them, I called the main 1-800 number thinking that was the main number when I placed the order. That was not the case evidently. She offered to give me a deal on a package that I wanted and it was over a hundred dollars, not such a great deal. I felt they should have explained to me what I was getting and paying for before they finished the order.

I have been a customer with Midcontinent for several years. I've recently had my bill increase by more than what I'm comfortable with. I called their customer service twice and went into the local office once. The times that I called them they were professional, but the time in the office was horrible. The lady I spoke with made no attempt to actually look at my account to see what could be done to lower my bill. She basically gave the vibe that I was inconveniencing her by being there and that I was to just suck it up and accept defeat on the higher bill. I'm currently looking for other options and will drop them like a bad habit as soon as I can find something comparable.

They have been excellent. Anytime I have had problems with any of the services, they came out to fix it without any charge. When we first moved in, we had a lot of issues and they finally traced it back to the box outside by the street and they did everything in the house to check everything.

They are okay, they are like a monopoly out here, and there are not a lot of options. I like cable. I am not overly impressed, they do not do a whole lot, and they are not super responsive. I always get a clear picture and good internet. They are slow, when I call them about something, I do not hear from them for a couple of days. They are pretty professional.

I checked around with all the available services, MidCon seemed to be the best. got a free install, scheduled it, and that was it.

I have been using them for about 3 years. I only use them because they are the only providers where we live. There is a lot of things that I don't like about them. Their customer service is not very good if you get ahold of somebody. Sometimes their service does not work very well either. I have quite a few problems with the internet and the picture quality is fine, but sometimes the screen will freeze up. Whenever they come to my house, they show up on time.
