Skooter's Plumbing

Wonderful.

He is a young guy but he has got experience with a major company. Now he is one his own. His history is remarkable as far as his quality of work and his concern for the customer's budget. He is on time. He is like a family man. Once I referred him to a friend. He said he will be delayed because the kids were home from school because of a snow day. He is practical. I talk to him about designing an air exchange system. Since I didn't own the building and I was leasing it. He came up with a plan to get me by this season and I can see how effective it was, if I need to go to a much more expensive plan. With his plan, he was careful with my budget and I could recover the cost with portable equipment rather than installing. It is something I had to leave. I trust him. When I have to do something I will go to a major company that I know is good but I know the price is going to be very expensive. I know with him, he is going to be fair and he is going to be trustworthy. That is a key point with Skooter's GT Inc. The quality was very good. He doesn't spend a lot of time on advertising and a real elaborate billing system. The saving he passes, he passes it on to the customer. With some of the others I am paying $20 just for them having a staff that caters to all this. He doesn't have a uniform. He is very professional in many ways. I suppose that is his downfall. He doesn't have that look and I don't have to pay for it. His response is very good. He has got a cell phone with him all the time. He answers calls. He doesn't let me hang up. If he says he is going to be here, he will be here. If not he will call me and let me know what's up. With his kids it was an emergency. He had backup plan and he really got it taken care of. He gets the job done right. His vehicle and his appearance may not be 100 percent professional.

Skooter is competent, professional and trustworthy. He cleans up after himself and his prices are reasonable.
