+ -1 moreI contacted them 2 different times and they never returned my call. I didn't get to use them because they never got back to me. I think they should get a D just for business practices. The second time I called they said well such and such was supposed to get back to me and they never did call back. Even if you are too busy to do the job you should at least call back and say so.
Description of Work: I contacted them in July and August of last year.

+ -1 moreThey didn't do anything. I hired Enterprise Electric to do my work,and they did a nice job.
Description of Work: I had a major home remodeling project right in town where they have one of their offices. I called for an estimate and they said someone would get back to me to set a time to get in and look around. After 2 weeks, no one contacted me, so I called one of their other offices in Fargo saying that the Valley City office didn't respond so I was wondering if someone from Fargo would be available. Again, they said someone would get back to me to set a time to see the project, and no one ever did. I called Enterprise Electric and they were at my project in 2 days for an estimate and started work within a week;they did a nice job too. I wasted 3 weeks of good weather and time waiting for them. They need to improve their tracking of calls for service. Or, if they are truly too busy, then they should say so. I was not happy about the lack of communication, and concern.

Description of Work: Best company out there by far, I called them for an inspection of my house that recently had a fire, on a Sunday night, the guy showed up in less than 30min, faster than a pizza guy!
