Rhonda Knutson and her staff were incredibly rude. She would not talk to the sellers or us (the buyers). She refused to set a date to return the appraisal by, so our closing got pushed back four times! We were supposed to close on our house on October 1st, then November 1st, then the 15th, then the 29th, and we didn't end up closing until December 5th and had to move during a blizzard. She was assigned our appraisal on September 1st, and she did the inspection portion on October 7th. It took her two months to turn in the paperwork, even when she knew the house we were renting was rented as of November 1st. Now our landlords are trying to keep our deposit because the other people couldn't move in when they were supposed to. The appraisal cost $750 and I definitely don't think she provided service that was adequate.
