I always get my oil changed at Walmart. They don't have sales quotas like so many of the other "quick" oil change places. I also get other simple work done there like new tires or simple tire repairs or purchase and installation of a new battery. I've found that Walmart is a cost effective place for simple services like this. The only complaint I'd have is it can take a while because they are usually very busy. So, we go right at the time they open, do some shopping, and the car is usually ready when we are finished. But just to be cautious, I don't buy ice cream when I'm having my car worked on!
