I went in to get my oil changed and get an estimate on what it would cost to fix the front end of my vehicle. They quoted me a price which included numerous unnecessary "fixes", which they then tried to tell me were necessary. They also told me the wrong thign was wrong with my vehicle. They told me it was my tie rods. In reality, when I took the car to the next place, it was the passenger side control arm. Nothing to do with the tie rods at all.
