Installation was prompt but that is the only good thing. Quality is extremely poor! I would never recommend this cabinet maker to anyone. If your builder says you must use him, find a new builder. After your cabinets are installed and you find that the quality is junk you are stuck as there is nothing they will do for you. If you insist on using them make sure you find out if you are getting junk "FRAMELESS" cabinets with laminated edges or it you are getting real wood framed cabinet faces. I was not told mine would be frameless cabinets with crappy laminated edges and all the laminate edges are broken and or coming off exposing the cheap particle board. Looking back on it, I would have been better off ordering cabinets from Lowes for 1/3 of the price to get the same quality. I have called Harold many times and complained to my builder many times over the last year and nothing has or is going to be done. Their flooring and tile division Weivoda carpet is equally as bad. BUYER BEWARE, DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THESE BUSINESSES. You will regret it!
