It may be wise to get a quote before scheduling with Right Choice. We were a bit shocked when we got the bill for almost $1000!! I guess labor cost quite a bit. Not entirely sure why they felt like two electricians would be required. Maybe a slow day for appointments? Anyway, there goes my entire paycheck for the last 2 weeks, and we still don’t have a working hot tub. Make sure you “know before you go”. If you have the cash to burn, though, they get the job done and will be happy to charge you for as long as it takes, including the time it takes to go back to their office and get the parts they need.

Provider came back and forth with 2 men several times as they were arguing with the garage door people about what the actual problem was. I was charged every instance the garage door provider said it was an electrical problem. By the 3rd time I called them they finally fixed the electrical problem yet I was charged for the previous 2 visits that they did nothing but tell me to call the garage door people back.

He arrived a few minutes earlier than we were told and asked us for the details of the work we desired to have him do. He got his equipment and supplies and went right to work, declining coffee or the opportunity to catch his breath. He was all busines only stopping lo ask if we needed anything else. He offered to take care of anything else we needed done and explained what he had accomplished for us.

We spent way too much. I would probably never use them again. We moved in a house and all the breakers in our basement popped a rock. So we couldn’t use two things without blowing the circuit and they were supposed to fix it but they didn’t. It is still spoilt. I would definitely not recommend them to others. The overall experience was bad but personally when we dealt with them they were nice. They quoted us something and charged completely different. The responsiveness was good as they showed up on time.
