I absolutely love Petcetera. They treat my dog like a queen, don't ever treat a question as if it is too silly, and their prices are fair. Everybody there is just tremendously nice.

They are great. They are expensive but it seems that all the vets in the area are pricey as well. They call back to check on your pet. It seems like they know what they are talking about. I feel pretty comfortable taking my pets there. The quality of their care is good.

They have been consistently wonderful. We receive phone calls after any major work to check on the animal, we even received a card signed by the whole staff after we had to put our dog down. We have had to wait once, but I can't mark them too harshly for it since it was out of the ordinary. The fact that I'm waiting means my dog isn't dying, so that's good. Their prices are slightly cheaper than what we payed in Washington State, but still pretty average I think. It's about $50 I think for the check up, and they are very good at giving you estimates and taking finances into account. The vet was even kind enough to search out the cheapest place to get our anxiety medication when the prices skyrocketed. I really have had great experiences overall. They are happy to take the time to answer any questions you may have, I have never felt rushed and we can always get copies of every test result to look over ourselves.

Great staff who truly loves the animals they care for. They conducted a "New Puppy" examination on my 4 month old Airdale Terrier newly imported to the United States from Europe. Also received 16 week distemper and initial Rabies vaccination. Purchased Heartworm and Frontline. They provided free samples and even gave me a military discount. They will be my vetrenarian as long as I live in Grand Forks. Excellent first impression.

We love this vet! More importantly, my dogs love this vet. They are very knowledgeable and gentle with my nervous dogs. The only drawback is the price - we have lived all over the U.S. and $50 just to see the vet and $16 for a nail trim during the office visit is expensive. We will continue to go to this practice though because of the great service!
