It went very well. Completing the basement added great value to our home. (When we listed it the home sold during the realtor's canvas.)

The positive thing about this project for him and us may have been that we were not in a mad dash hurry so he was able to fit this work in here and there as he did other, bigger projects. I think that is one reason the prices were very reasonable. I can see that this style of business would not work for some personality types but it was great for us. He is a good person and a knowledgeable builder/contractor. He may consider many other kinds of projects so give him a call for an estimate.
