I never knew who would show up. A few of the people who came here were friendly and competent, but most were sullen and did as little cleaning as they could get by with. When the price went up by more than 60% due to "increased cost of cleaning supplies," I cancelled the service. It was only marginally worth it before the price increase. Not even close to worth it after.

Poor.  Bathrooms were not cleaned AT ALL.  Looks like they dusted - but only over the tops of things.  Did not move items or clean shelves.  Carpet was only vacuumed in the center/walk-ways.  When we called to complain, they refused to return and do the work they had been paid to do.  We have used their service for years - but they no longer provide the quality we want from a service like this.

I used to be happy with this company, but under new management the cleaning and customer service have deteriorated. Most recently they claimed that my original estimate did not include cleaning one of the three bathrooms, though somehow that was always done under the previous ownership and they can't seem to locate anything I signed to that effect.

Very professional and responsive, flexible.  Occasional qualty lapse (minor) but main office would either send out another cleaner or discount next cleaning.  Would definitely recommend the GF Merry Maids.

They cleaned the whole house. The windows, walls, vacuuming, the floors and the laminate. I mean they cleaned everything. My wife was very pleased with them. That is as good as you can get. I wasn't here when they were working. MY wife said they did a wonderful job and were very easy and obliging to work with. They were very nice people.  I will use them again. We will probably try to use them once a year for a very good cleaning from now on.

They were hired by our land lord to clean the house before we moved into the house. They were scheduled to come after we were already supposed to move in. When they did come they did a horrible job. The two ladies that come to clean were told they only had to do the bathrooms and kitchen. This is not what we were told. They would clean the floors and the counters, wiped out the oven, but didn't touch the oven racks. They cleaned the refrigerator, but not the freezer. Their response was "we were told to do the refrigerator, not the freezer". They half cleaned the top of refrigerator, we had to clean the rest of it. They never cleaned inside drawers. Pretty much it was a waste of our landlords money and our time waiting for them before we unpacked. It was a huge disappointment. I would never hire them, and wouldn't recommend their services to anyone. Stay away!
