It went very smooth. Price was very reasonable and aside from being 20 minutes late, I was 100% satisfied with the work done. Would definitely hire again.

My furnace broke down in about winter 2009 (forget the precise date and year). I had a big-brand company come and check it. They initially asked for 1K+ and dropped to $500 after I hesitated. How could you cut the price in half in just few minutes? Though I still had to pay the inspection fee ($40 something), I decided not to use them. I then called GF Heating. They came in a short time and only asked for about $250 for the repair (again forget the precise amount, but it was about $250), but they said it might take sometime to find the parts. They found the parts and fixed it the next day. The furnace is still working well till now (2013). I like GF Heating for their services and prices and will use them if the furnace has any problems again.

Showed up on time and very quickly knew how to fix the problem. Pleasant repairman.

Scheduled the appt. 2 weeks in advance. The installer showed up early on Monday as scheduled but left after an hour to do service calls because the company was short staffed. Showed up on Tues. and left midday due to rain. Came back on Wed. and finally finished what should have been a day project according to them. No apologies just excuses, and attitudes. I will never do business with them again.

I paid them $600 once and the second time I think I paid them $300. They are timely and personable. They are also clean, friendly and knowledgeable. I will use them again in the future.
