Golden Rule Auto Repair

I contacted 4 or 5 places and no one was willing to even look at it let alone work on it. I just happened to be driving by Golden Rule and I stopped in. Not only was he willing to to work on it, he was able to get me in the next day and he found the problem right away. He also suggested a couple of things that made very good sense and he showed me online why he suggested these things.
Normally I would have rated his pricing as a B since his hourly rate is about 10% higher than most of the other places, but since he was able to get me right away, AND actually do the work, I had to give him an A.
I would definitely go back to this shop again!

Bryan has been a mechanic for many years. He also started another very successful repair shop in Grand Forks. He then left that shop and opened a used car sales lot . I think it seems he missed working on vehicles. He bought his current location and started over again and by his very reputation he's done it again. Great to see him back at what he loves to do, work on cars. Congrats Bryan best of luck to you. Thank you, Darwin PS. By the way, that building was a bit tired looking we can say. Its so nice and clean and bright inside, outside looks great too i noticed tree's removed, new lights on building, very nice..

They even helped coordinate so I could get my vehicle, very accommodating since its hard for me to get my vehicle in for services.

Bryan went above and beyond. The sale involved their paying off my bank loan on the car. But when the bank sent the title back, the VIN number didn't match the one on the car! Bryan went to the North Dakota and Minnesota DMVs multiple times until he figured out what had happened and how to fix it (MN DMV typo, as it turned out). It took nearly two weeks, but he kept in touch, got it sorted out, and still gave me a fair deal on the car.
