 + -1 moreI didn't get what I payed for. I tried to recover money spent and sued in court for losses. The company did not perform a one year punch list, the roof leaked and there were several other short cuts taken that showed up after the one year time limit. This is the most despicable person and company ever. Do not engage in any business with this person. Run.
Description of Work: General contractor for new home construction. This business has no business doing business anywhere. They hide behind shell LLC's to avoid proper contracting license. They move money from one company to another to avoid liability if you try to recover any losses and is not to be trusted and is incapable of honesty void of integrity. I have built several homes and and I have never been treated so poorly. The owner, Marlan Shull lacks respect for you as his customer and he has no trouble lying to your face. How he sleeps at night is beyond comprehension.
