I go in couple of times a week and I pay monthly. I like it. It is near my house and that's why I go there. They are friendly and it is a nice facility. The equipments are relatively new and kept in good condition.

The experience was good. The facility is large and we could easily get lost! But what we saw of the facility was nice and fairly updated. Lots of options for classes, working out. The class price was fair. However, when I looked at the membership costs, it was just too high to join permanently. Parking is also difficult during busy times (we went after 5 pm)

Over all I have been working with Becca for over a year. I have lost about 12 pounds ( I do not worry about weight number) however I have lost many inches and my clothes are fitting very loose. I have had to go shopping twice for new sizes. She is a great trainer and will work with any person, from the couch potatoe who wants to start an execise program to a person looking to "show" for body building/fitness shows.
