The service is pretty good. They are desperately quick to correct our bill if there is a problem with the bill. It is hit or miss with the technicians or customer service. We can get a really nice one and then get a bad one.

I have been using Verizon for several years. I have two smart phones on my plan with full data plans. I would not change my service to a different provider. They have very good coverage. I feel the price is reasonable for the plan I have. Anytime I have changed my phones or plans the process has been very easy. I have always had a good experience there.
