A very energetic and talkative guy came over to provide the estimate. He recommended against installing GFCI outlets since it would require cutting into some backsplash tile, and instead recommended GFCI breakers, which was the right decision. The following week, someone came and performed the work, which was of good quality. I found some bits of wire ends around the work area afterwords, but other than that was very pleased with the quality and value of the work.
