The one thing though, is that when I got my car, I went to get in it and I had happened to go around the bumper and they had cracked my bumper. Then my cup holder in the car was all broken. I looked at it and I’m like, “wait a minute, this wasn’t here before!” But, they were very professional, they took pictures. Then they got back to me and they told me that the guy that was working on it had forgotten to tell them that; or somewhere the communication had gotten loss. But, it was no problem. They told me to bring it back in, I brought it in and they fixed it. They responded and there was no charge. It seems like every time you go into Valley Imports, it costs you too much. I try not to use them. If I can find somebody that can work on a Mercedes that is familiar with them, then I would try.

I've frequented Valley Imports several times over the past few months, initially to purchase a new car. I dealt with Kevin Duenwald in the sales department. He was outstanding in explaining the features of various vehicles under consideration, helping us find the car that we needed, and finally when the new car arrived, spending about 3 hours going over each and every one of the features of the new car.
Since we had such a positive experience, I've also been using Valley Imports for various services for my old car including oil change, winter tire purchase and installation etc. While they may not have the cheapest rates on the block, they do provide outstanding service. They also provide a drop-ff and pick-up service while the car is being worked on.

After PM service and analyzing the problem with the windshield wiper, we were given a specified estimate for the repair. After ordering the parts, the job was completed on time and the car had been given a complimentary wash.

I did not have an appointment and just drove into the service department and asked if they could reset my tire pressure light signal because I had already added air to the tire when the light came on 2 days prior. When they checked the tire pressure it was low again - VERY low. They were very attentive and continued to search the issue due to the extreme low tire pressure. Once they found the nail in the tire they immediately put it on the lift and repaired by tire. This service department has always been very professional and attentive and has always provided me a courtesy vehicle to use while my vehicle was being serviced under warranty, but in this instance with no appointment and just driving in they immediately attended to the issue and I was in and out within 20 minutes.

They are absolutely excellent. They are very easy to get into. They try to accommodate me the best they can. They work on my car as quickly as possible. Sometime, I can wait for the work to be done. They give me service rights that they need to keep it for a longer time. They are very customer friendly. They try to take care of the customer in the best way.
