I called for an appointment and was able to get it in the next day which was great. I dropped the vehicle off in the morning and asked for them to call me with an estimate. I received a call with an estimate a couple of hours later. The estimate I was given was $170. While I didn't specify, I assumed that was the cost for the total repair.
The repairs were completed that same day. When I went to pay for the repairs, I was given a bill for $275. I asked why the difference in price from the quote but wasn't given a clear explaination. The charges showed parts around $100 (1-brake sensor) and $175 for labor.
I have used United Auto in the past and have been satisifed with their work. However, this time the $100 difference between the quote and actual price gives me reason for concern. Will I use them again? Probably but I'll definitly verify that the estimate covers the complete repair.

They are honest. They do not try to sell me something I do not need. I trust what they say because I do not know anything about cars. Their prices are fair.

They are awesome. They are all very friendly and helpful. They are very efficient. I get called in on time. The last time I had to go in for the same problem that they had fixed before. Since it shouldn't have broken that fast, they only charged me for the labor and didn't charge me for the parts again. It was really nice.
