I've been going there for at least a couple years. It didn't cost me anything. They just looked to see if I had an oil leak and I didn't. I was ok.

I had a $10 off coupon. They're very good. They even give you a flower when they change the oil. I think the price is probably up there. I haven't gotten my oil changed any place but there for quite a while. I don't go to any of the places that are like $14 or $15 because I like having everything checked on my car. What I like about Tuffy's is because I get my oil changed there, if I feel my tires low or if I want my oil checked before I go out of town, I just go in and they are happy to help me. I think they are probably competitive with other places. They have coupons often. If there is anything wrong they always find it. I always call ahead to get an appointment for an oil change or anything because they're always busy. It's not to say that if you didn't have an emergency they wouldn't get to you but they do a lot of work besides oil changes so it's just better to make an appointment so I make an appointment. I think if I had an emergency they would try their best to get me in right away. If you're there early they will try to get you in and if not they are always on time. They are just an outstanding group. I use them every 3000 miles unless I have to go there sooner. They are helpful. There is no high pressure if they find a problem. There is no high pressure to have it fixed then unless they feel it's an emergency. They tell you what their cost is and you are welcome to get a second opinion. They are always courteous and respectful. They leave your car in the condition they found it in. You never have a lot of grease or oil all over the seats or anything.

We went to Tuffy's a lot in the past because they were close to my work, and reasonable prices for quality work. Because of our business we got a coupon in the mail, something like 50% off an oil change. When I called to make an appointment they said they were really busy but ultimitely were able to fit me. The oil change went fine etc. but when I went to pay and gave ethem the coupon, the guy ringing me up got all huffy and said and quot;if i'd of known you were using this I wouldn't have made an effort to fit you inand quot;. This really rubbed me the wrong way especially since we have given them a lot of business over the years. Bottom line we will probably use them again if absolutely necessary but given the choice we will take our business elsewhere.

they jury rigged the wiring, and it lasted all of one day. what they did could have cause a big problem.

They have good customer service. I have used them previously, and I have never had any complaints about their quality, service, or price.

I did not dislike anything about them. What I really liked about them was, when I got there; I didn't have to call ahead of time and I didn't have to wait that long. When I was done, I picked up my car and there was a Carnation lying on my car seat. It had a thank you card.

Excellent work and they found out that my rear brakes were almost non-existant. Replaced entire rear brake system. Also needed 4 new tires. Replaced tires at much lower cost than i had researched. This was a huge bill, and they allowed/helped us get it on a finance plan we could live with. Very pleasant, not pushy to buy anything, just nice guys all around
