"I am sorry you were unhappy with our pricing and service [Member Name Removed]. We did provide a verbal quote to you over the phone and you were comfortable enough with our pricing to have us come out and hang you‘re TV’s. We honored that pricing quote for you and even came in slightly less. If you were to have notify us of any concerns you had with our product or install, we would have happily come back out and resolved any issues you had at no charge. Unfortunately you chose to keep these concerns to yourself until we were able to track down your correct mailing address and get the invoice into your possession approximately 90 days later. The $30 Fixed Monoprice bracket you emailed me a picture of, and our $129 adjustable tilt bracket we provided are not comparable items. Please feel free to research model Strong Razor Large Tilt Mount Bracket SM-Razor-TL and compare the same items cost to our cost. You’ll notice that our pricing of $129 is more than fair. You were also onsite during the installation, looking over our work carefully, and only had positive things to say about our techs work. I have a difficult time accepting such a negative review, when we came in under what you where quoted, and us never being made aware of any work you deem as unsatisfactory. That is unt we tracked you down for payment."
