From the very beginning I was comfortable with Mike. He explained what needed to be done and gave me different scenarios of what could happen and what I could expect. We talked about different options and he was able to get started within a couple weeks (once the tub was in).
There were a couple hiccups along the way. One in particular was the plumber hit a pipe which caused a water spot on my ceiling. Mike repainted my ceiling at his own cost to make it right.
Mike was very kind, professional, and a hard worker. I will definitely use his service again.
He began my bath renovation promptly and it turned out perfectly-
I decided to hire him again for a much bigger job, i.e. the kitchen/DR/LR renovation.
He worked on my home for many many weeks. The job(s) involved demolition and build up. I needed an entirely new floor and walls taken out. Mike is consistently professional, willing to listen and give advice and reasons for his thoughts.
He is personable and friendly and feels like "one of the family".
He gave me a finished project this is exactly what i wanted/envisioned (for both the Bath and the Kitchen projects).
