I was quite disappointed with the quality of customer service and equipment recommendations of this company. After 7 hours of working with a concrete saw he rented, my husband was put in the hospital for carbon monoxide poisoning (mind you he was using the saw OUTSIDE). I started looking into the issue and found out he was rented the saw with the blades left on it from another customer. These blades were half-life, meaning not the full capacity of the blade. Without knowing for sure they told him that "it should do the job" when in fact they had no basis to go on for that judgement call. All concrete is made differently with different aggregates, so how could they possibly know. IF YOU DON'T KNOW - DON'T HAVE THE AUDACITY TO MAKE THE RECOMMENDATION. I know that ultimately it was his call to rent it, but they are supposed to be the experts. The WORST PART is when I called to ask about options I was told repeatedly "we are not liable. It was his choice". The employee interrupted me constantly to remind me of that fact. He wouldn't let me get a sentence in without talking about it not being their fault. For a company to only respond in this way makes it CLEAR that they do not have any concern for the safety of the people in their community (only that they are not liable...no need to say it again Prairie Supply - I understand)
