Since I have spent two months going back and fourth over this issue I have given up (I now open the soap container by hand each time I run a wash.) Part of the reason I gave up was because I was tired of telling my story every single time I called; they don't keep records of complaints it seems.It is a nice apartment on the inside but outside the trash dumpster is always overflowing because they won't get a second one even though there is room.
