Description of Work: This management company uses unfair business practices to abuse tenants so they can increase their bottom line. Lies and deceit are how they run their business, I would advise anyone who considers this management company to read the reviews and know that you'll be taken advantage by this company at every turn.

 + -1 moreSince I have spent two months going back and fourth over this issue I have given up (I now open the soap container by hand each time I run a wash.) Part of the reason I gave up was because I was tired of telling my story every single time I called; they don't keep records of complaints it seems.It is a nice apartment on the inside but outside the trash dumpster is always overflowing because they won't get a second one even though there is room.
Description of Work: The dishwasher in my apartment doesn't work properly all the time(the soap door doesn't open and I have to wash the dishes again). I have reported this to Prairie Property Management at least six times. On three occasions they sent a repair man came and three times he said there was nothing wrong (like I said it doesn't happen all the time).
