Excavation
Long story short he screwed me over big time and there was nothing I could do about it. When I disputed the bill he filed a judgment against me. Not a line on the property, screwing me over even further. We abandoned the project and bought another house. Of course, with the judgment we couldn't get clear title unless this was dealt with. His lawyer waited until the day before closing on the new home and sent me a payment agreement with a condition that I would not dispute the amount. I had made attempts for 2 weeks before the closing date and my calls were not returned until the DAY BEFORE!!!!!!! REALLY? So if I wanted to buy this house I had to agree to this amount. I have no choice but YOU DO!!!! If you need excavation work..... be careful if you call this guy
