He was very efficient, came during a rainstorm even. Got the job done and the report over in the same day. He also took his time to explain stuff to me as I’m a new homeowner and had no idea what I was looking for. He answered all my questions and was really great id definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection, I’d also gladly hire him again if needed in the future.
