Multiband - Fargo

My mother moved into Silver Creek Assisted Living (Olive Branch MS) in March and we got her set up with Directv -we were told we HAD to go through Multiband for installation. NO one explained that there would be a $7.48 "protection plan" fee every month charged by Multiband to her credit card every month. My mother moved out in March - she lasted less than a couple of weeks there - we cancelled Directv and mailed back the equipment. NO ONE TOLD US WE HAD TO NOTIFY MULTIBAND. I found out beginning of September that my 82 yr mother has been paying this $7.48 charge every month for 5 months. Would not have known this except Silver Creek forwarded a bunch of mail to us recently that had these invoices. Obviously my mother has not been checking her credit card statement which is another issue. I wonder if Multiband has been double billing this same apartment - its current tenants and my mother who left in March. Don't know this but wouldn't be surprised. Do not recommend these folks at all. **UPDATE** RECEIVED A CALL TODAY 9/16/13 FROM ADDY - MULTIBAND CALL CENTER SUPERVISOR - SHE APOLOGIZED AND WILL BE REFUND THE TOTAL COST OF THE SERVICE TO MY MOTHER - WILL SEND HER A CHECK. TOOK 2 PHONE CALLS & A CONTACT MESSAGE ON THEIR WEBSITE TO GET THIS RESOLVED.
