It was extremely easy. The appointment was available the very next day. People were extremely helpful. Did not mind me sitting there the two hours it took to get it replaced. Offered coffee as well. It was cheaper than Safelite which quoted me ~$300.

The results look great, work only took three days, no complaints with the work.
Only two issues with the staff -
1) Took the car in for estimates, since I had never used Luther before I was going to get a couple estimates. The assessor was pretty pushy that there was 'no reason' to go anywhere else since it would be a waste of time. I got a couple more estimates anyway, Luther happened to be the highest of the three, but despite the pushiness I got a better feeling from them. End up with Luther, but feel better that I checked around anyway. However.... the price at the end was lower than the estimate, so all good.
2) Was told to drop off the car at 7:30 in the morning, after 8 the staff finally should up, me along with four other people waited for over half an hour to get all the paper work done, then had to get my ride adjusted.
Overall positive experience and I would use them again.
