I had this electrician scheduled to install wiring for my hot tub. I scheduled this a week out and he was suppose to be at my house by 1pm. He was not there and I had to text him. He said he would be there within the hour or if I did not want to wait I could hire someone else. I was also going to have him install lights in my house in the near future but that may have changed my mind to go with someone else for that job. He was polite when arriving at my house but I was not impressed with his response to being late.

Had a tricky short in a circuit. They listened to what we had learned and helped us find the problem in record time. I was afraid it would cost thousands to track it down...it ended up being a few hundred.

Steve worked with my schedule and arrived on time. His customer service was excellent. I told him what I needed done and he gave me a fare estimate. He installed a special outlet and heater for my unattached garage. I will be recommending him to others and will have him return for other electrical projects I need accomplished.

Were able to come quickly when I had an electrical issue. Very professional when accessing the problem, and spoke in terms I could understand with the solution for the problem. Necessary to come another time, due to time needed for repair, and once again very professional. Treated my concerns with respect, and spent the extra time explaining to me what was to be done and why. Anytime a person has wiring issues, a certain nervousness sets in, but with the reassurance I received I felt comfortable when repairs were done. Cleaned up after their job, and even moved furniture back!

We had a fantastic experience with Live Wire. We had old, outdated chandeliers in the entry and dining room and a kitchen ceiling fan that needed to be replaced. After getting a quote and setting the date for the work to begin, they kept in touch by calling the day before and showing up right on time for work. They worked fast and efficiently and were willing and able to do work on another additional fixture when we asked them to. We were very happy with the job they did and would recommend them without hesitation to others.
