We are the premier repair facility in the Fargo Moorhead area specializing in Computer Repair, iPhone Repair, iPod Repair, iPad Repair as well as general cell phone repair in Fargo & beyond. Our industry trained technicians complete most repairs in just over an hour or less. Our repair services are not limited to only Apple as we repair all makes models & carriers as well. We also provide computer repair services and have an in house micro soldering technician to take care of soldering repair services. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and detailed approach to our customers repairs. We first will explain your repair to you. Then we perform and document a 27 point pre repair inspection. We will at this point proceed with your repair and after we will again perform and document another 27 point repair inspection. We then clean your device, place it in our inventory control area and enter all of your information into our advanced CRM database. We prepare your repair packet and you are notified via phone as well as email. We will then follow up with you after your repair to ensure that you are satisied with our workmanship and also that your device is functioning as it should be. We are a local veteran owned business which means that our biggest concern is your device and not who your carrier is. We also buy sell and trade used wireless devices so we have a solution for those of you who are looking to purchase a new used cellular device. It is humbling to see each and everyone of our reviews from customers expressing their gratitude & appreciation... it truly is appreciated. I know how busy people's lives get & very few of our customers can find the time to share their repair experience. We strive to make the repair experience different than what most people anticipate when dealing with a repair. We feel it is important to help them understand what is going on with the repairs on a level that makes sense. We try to help them understand what we are doing or going to do in layman's terms and not in a way that only a person in the industry could understand. We want people to be comfortable with iCare Repair before, during & after their repair. We want to be the standard that others strive for. We recognize the financial burden that an unplanned repair can create in people's lives so we try to utilize a pricing structure that is as least financially impactful on our customers while still being able to keep our doors open. In addition, we also try to be mindful of the inconvenience of being without a device for long periods of time and that is why we set our target turnaround time of 1.5 hours for mobile devices. It gives us ample time to take care of the repair the right way and also correct any issues we encounter during a repair. Many times we repair them ahead of time as in your situation. We also want customers to know that we stand behind our product and that is why we include a 90 day warranty after a repair in case something should happen. We don't usually have this arise but in this industry it unfortunately is a reality so we want to make sure our customers are not only taken care of but also protected.
