Home Heating plumbed my new home. After being there a year I realized that the hot water wasn't plumbed through the water softener. I also realized they forgot to hook up the plumbing for one of my children's sinks. To fix that, they tied into the other sink, drilled holes through the cabinet, and ran plumbing externally under the cabinets. THIS WAS A BRAND NEW HOME. When they came to check the hot water softener flow, I told the technician what the problem was and he looked at me and said "you THINK that's the problem". At that point, I began to loose my cool. An hour later he was telling me I was right. Fast forward 3 years. Our hot water flow in all our bathroom sinks and in the dishwasher is getting continuously worse. We discovered that the hot water faucet connections on all the bathroom sinks was caked with calcium buildup... exactly what the softener is to prevent. I called home heating and told them they should cover a vinegar rinse to take care of the issue and the guy said that he'd need to talk to "Gus" first and that he'd get back to me. Four weeks later, I still hadn't heard anything so I called him back. Left a message because he was on vacation... no response. Left another message... no response. And that's where it's at. Me left to deal with almost zero hot water flow in our bathroom sinks because of Gus' teams screwup! Will NEVER do business with Home Heating again PERIOD!
