Checked with several providers who indicated that it wasn't serviceable and wanted me to buy a new unit for between $6-8k. Home and Hearth identified the issue and were able to repair my existing fireplace for under $500. Would definitely recommend.

Serviceman was prompt. He was friendly & knowledgeable. He did his job in a timely manner. I was very pleased. I have had this same serviceman & company for the last few years. I will continue to use them for any issues that I have with my heating system. I'm confident that they will do a good job and be reasonably priced.
