HOM FURNITURE

I was looking for patio/deck furniture and had shopped in the big box stores as well as online, not finding just what I wanted for a decent price. Winds can get to be VERY wicked in Fargo, and the furniture needed to be sturdy and heavy. I was pleased to find just the right thing among a good selection at HOM Furniture. They have "commercial grade" patio furniture which is so much better than what other places carry. Cynthia was my salesperson, who couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. She has a lot of experience as well as a designer's eye, so was able to guide me well in respect to choosing the right umbrella size and color. She also pointed out to me that the table I had chosen, which had a cut out lattice design, would offer good protection against wind (I'd never even thought of that!). I came to the store on the designated date to pick up my item and for some reason it was not there due to an ordering snafu. The manager of the store, on his day off, is going to deliver the set to my house in compensation! How is that for a generous response! I was so happy with the polite and respectful handling of this problem that I was back in the store the next day purchasing something else, a custom order.
